Why study with us?

We are an IB World School located in Oxford. We have been successfully teaching the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) for over 40 years. This is longer than any other school or college in England. Similarly, there are only 13 schools in the world that have been teaching the IB Diploma longer than us.

We currently have students from over 40 students studying with us; This cultural diversity creates a welcoming and supportive environment for all and these global perspectives enrich the learning experience.

We look forward to welcoming you to our Open Day. At our Open Day you will discover more about our Pre-IB course and IB Diploma and get the chance to meet both academic staff and students to learn more about the study experience.

You will meet our Principal, Vice-Principal of Academic, Vice-Principal of Pastoral and Head of Careers. And most importantly, our students provide their perspective on what it is like to live and study here.

Who you will meet

As well as learning more about the study experience, you will find out how successful we are in preparing students for their future studies and careers. In other words, you will receive an overview of university and career destinations from our very own CDI (Careers Development Institute) accredited advisers.

One of the most valuable aspects of the event, is understanding the impact St Clare’s has had on our students personal and academic journeys.

What you will learn

Whether you are a day or boarding student, we highlight the key information for both, so you are fully informed.
